Involucro rappresenta l’individuo quale specchio della società in cui vive. Il punto di vista profondamente nichilista per la progressiva e inarrestabile decadenza della cultura, delle istituzioni e dei valori, segna ognuna delle crepe e delle fratture di cui l’opera si compone.

L’atteggiamento del soggetto riprodotto è remissivo, statico, succube; si sgretola sotto il peso del mondo che si porta addosso, ma resiste, non si piega, resta in piedi.

Shell (Involucro) represents the individual as a mirror of the society in which IT lives. The point of view is profoundly nihilistic for the progressive and unstoppable decline of culture, institutions and values which marks every single visible crack and fractures the work of art is composed of. The attitude of the subject reproduced is submissive, static, dominated by someone or something; it crumbles under the burden of the world it carries, but it resists, it doesn’t give in, it remains upright.

Enveloppe (Involucro) représente l’individu comme un miroir de la société dans laquelle il vit. Le point de vue est profondément nihiliste à cause du déclin progressif et inexorable de la culture, des institutions et des valeurs qui marque chaque fissure visible et fracture dont l’œuvre est composée. L’attitude du sujet reproduit est soumise, statique, dominée par quelqu’un ou quelque chose; il s’écroule sous le poids du monde qu’il porte, mais il résiste, il ne cède pas, il reste debout.
